The first step is to connect! Schedule a free 30 minute consultation so we can learn about you, and you can ask us questions. This initial conversation allows us to understand your brand's essence and tailor our approach to your unique needs. If you are ready to move forward, we will send you an invoice for 50% of the package you have chosen, to secure your project slot. This deposit allows us to dedicate our resources and begin crafting your brand identity or website design with focus. Our Calendar is Posted Below.

2. Download and Complete Our Brand Design Brief Booklet:

• For Branding: To prepare for our session, Download our comprehensive Branding Design Brief Booklet. This helpful guide will walk you through key questions to consider about your brand identity, target audience, and desired brand image. Filling out the booklet beforehand allows us to dive deeper into your vision during our strategy session. Please return this booklet to info@graphtography.com along with any imagery samples you can provide to further assist with your vision for your brand.

• For Website Design: Before we jump into your website design journey, let's set the stage for success! We've created a comprehensive Website Design Brief Booklet to guide you through some key questions about your brand. 3. Schedule Your Brand Strategy Session:

Schedule your brand strategy session where we'll delve into your vision and goals, ultimately discovering who, why and what your brand is. This session allows us to understand your brand's essence and tailor our approach to your unique needs. You will need to be free from distractions during this call.  Please be sure to complete step 2 below prior to our call.

4. The Creative Process Begins!

This is where the magic happens! We'll collaborate closely with you throughout the entire design process. Expect regular communication, draft presentations, and opportunities for your feedback to ensure we're capturing your brand vision perfectly.

5. Enhancing Your Brand Journey:

• Client Portal Access: Upon securing your project, you'll receive access to a dedicated client portal. This secure platform allows you to track project progress, review drafts, and communicate with our team seamlessly.

• Unlimited Revisions: We understand the importance of getting it just right. That's why our packages offer unlimited revisions throughout the design process until you're completely satisfied with your brand identity.
